At Wildly Earthy, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Because your appointment time cannot be offered to another client once it has been booked, all sales are final except as outlined below.

No Refunds

All purchases, bookings, deposits, gift certificates, services, workshops, gatherings, events, and aura photography sessions are non-refundable, except when Wildly Earthy cancels a service or event as described below.

Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request to reschedule by providing at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled session.

Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours' notice will be accommodated based on availability.

Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered at the sole discretion of Wildly Earthy but are not guaranteed.

No-Shows

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, or do not request to reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your appointment will be considered a no-show.

No refunds, credits, or rescheduled appointments will be provided for no-shows.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at its originally scheduled time so as not to delay other clients.

You forfeit the missed portion of your appointment, and we will use the remaining time to provide as much of your scheduled session as reasonably possible.

Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds, credits, or additional time.

Cancellation by Wildly Earthy

If Wildly Earthy must cancel an individual appointment due to illness, equipment malfunction, emergency, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund.

If Wildly Earthy cancels a workshop, gathering, private event, or other paid event before it takes place, registered participants will receive a full refund of any amounts paid unless another arrangement is mutually agreed upon.

Outdoor Events

Outdoor events are held rain or shine unless canceled by the event organizer or Wildly Earthy due to conditions that make operation unsafe or impossible. If Wildly Earthy cancels an event, any applicable registration fees paid directly to Wildly Earthy will be refunded in full.

Exceptions

Wildly Earthy reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion when extraordinary circumstances exist. Any exception made in one instance does not obligate Wildly Earthy to make exceptions in future situations.
